Joseph Rowntree Theatre Choir Festival

Celebrating its 10th year, the Joseph Rowntree Theatre’s annual festival is a week-long celebration of choral music, featuring choirs of all ages and styles. Each night, audiences will enjoy performances from at least four different choirs, showcasing a diverse mix of music. From beloved classical pieces and modern pop hits to show tunes, world music, folk songs, gospel, jazz, and soul, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

This year, the festival will also include songs celebrating the theatre’s 90th birthday—so listen out for some special surprises!

The York Philharmonic Male Voice Choir will be taking to the stage on Saturday, the 8th, and we’d love to see you there! Come and experience the unique power and harmony of our voices as part of this fantastic event.
